THE PLAN 6 WEEK ONLINE PROGRAM

What is The Plan?

This plan is designed to support you on a journey of self-discovery.  Over six weeks, in a small group, we will journey together to support you in gaining some peace, clarity and direction in your life. Each week there will be time for reflection and exploration as we look at a variety of tools and resources you can use to create the life you desire. 

What's included?

  • You will receive a resource pack in the mail the week before the workshops start.

  • Weekly 1.5 Hour Zoom Workshops with a small group of amazing women sharing the journey. These will be held on a Sunday or Monday evening from 6.30pm.

  • A beautiful combined journal and workbook that contains activities to complete during the Zoom Workshops with personal development activities to complete in-between sessions.  The journal is also a space for reflecting, imagining, and planning.

  • Gratitude and Appreciation cards to keep or share.

  • A few surprises that will arrive with your pack.

 

Week One:  The Discovery.   

In week one, embark on a self-discovery journey, using tools to assess and visualize your current state and ideal life, while incorporating meditation practices for relaxation and heightened awareness

Weeks Two and Three. Tuning into Desires and Aspirations. 

In weeks two and three we will delve into discovering your true desires. We will be using some tried and tested personal development and coaching tools. We will explore what you truly desire and dream of in your life.  Then we'll investigate some practical techniques to keep you focused such as, visualisation and balancing energy, to support daily practices for realising your aspirations.

Weeks Four and Five Identify What is Stopping You! 

During weeks 4 & 5, we will focus on overcoming obstacles to your desired life by identifying core beliefs and utilising techniques, including Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and targeted mindful meditation, to challenge and clear impediments, fostering calm and clarity in challenging situations. We will also explore ANT's, those pesky negative thought that pop up from time to time preventing you from moving forward.

Weeks  Six: Reflection and Future Planning. 

We will identify and acknowledge the positive changes you have experienced. You will look at where any challenges are and consider how to work through those. Using some powerful planning tools you will create a plan for moving forward in your life.

Why The Plan?

I have spent over 30 years as an educator, facilitator, coach and more recently have trained in hypnotherapy and psychotherapy. From all of these experiences I have created this six-week program to support you in taking some time for yourself to gain clarity and direction in your life.  We are all ever evolving and the road to personal development is a continuing exploration.  The plan is an opportunity to explore where you are at in life and where you’d like to be.  It’s also an opportunity to take a dive into a range of tools, practices and techniques you can use to support you now and in the future to live your best life. I developed this program after listening to many of my clients express their frustrations with their lack of focus and direction throughout various transitions in their life.

The Cost: $149.00 inclusive of materials, discussion group, weekly Zoom Meetings and in-between email support
