* Additionally, during times of uncertainty or when facing challenges such as work-life balance issues, lack of motivation, or the need for self-discovery, coaching offers a structured and personalized approach. 

Program Development

I have designed and co-designed, programs and workshops for not-for-profit and training organisations that address the needs of the young people.  These have included project based and experiential courses that promote engagement, literacy development, personal development and career pathways

The Six Week Plan

The Plan is a 6 week online journey of self discovery. 

It includes:

1. Weekly group catch ups.

2. A personal journal.

3. Gratitude and Appreciation cards.

4. Self care surprises.

5. Activities to explore where you are at and where you would like to be.

6. Tools and strategies to create a brighter future.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy can be a valuable resource in addressing a variety of challenges and promoting personal well-being. It is particularly effective in managing stress, anxiety, and phobias. Additionally, individuals seeking to overcome habits or addictions, such as smoking or overeating, often find hypnotherapy to be a helpful tool for behavioral change.
